2. All rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Members will not receive birthday rewards or member discounts until their membership is validated in-person at our Guest Services kiosk (645 Lansdowne St W, Peterborough ON, K9J 7Y5). After registering, please allow 72 hours for processing.
4. Registered children must be 10 years of age or under. Proof of age may be required and birthday rewards are available to children up to their 10th birthday only.
5. Birthday rewards are valid for the 2023 calendar year and may be extended. Birthday rewards may be limited.
6. Birthday rewards can be redeemed during child's birthday month only. January and February 2023 birthday rewards will be honoured until March 31st, 2023.
7. Rewards cards must be presented in order to redeem birthday rewards and member discounts. Additional terms & conditions may apply at each participating retailer.
8. By registering for LP Kids Rewards, you agree to receive marketing communication from Lansdowne Place.
9. Lost or stolen rewards cards will not be replaced. Lansdowne Place reserves the right to withdraw cards at any time.
10. Membership cards must be picked up by registered parent or guardian only. Valid photo identification is required.
11. Mall employees, employees of Primaris REIT, their suppliers, and/or immediate relatives are excluded from this program.
12. Program space may be limited and registration may close at any time.
