2. SPONSOR: The sponsor of this promotion is Lansdowne Place; located at 645 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough ON, K9J 7Y5 & The Art School of Peterborough; located at 174A Charlotte St, Peterborough ON, K9J 2T8.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins Friday, March 11th 2022 and ends Sunday, March 20th 2022 at 5 p.m. (“End Date”).
4. CONTEST DETAILS: Entry will take place Friday, March 11th 2022 at 10 a.m. and end Sunday, March 20th 2022 at 5 p.m. To be entered, you must pick up your drawing/colouring sheet at the Guest Services desk or download it at lansdowneplace.com. Once completed, it must be dropped off at Guest Services, along with your contact information. Four winners from each recommended age category (Ages 2 to 5, Ages 6 to 8, Ages 9 to 13, Ages 14 to 17) will be chosen by The Art School of Peterborough on Friday, March 25th, 2022. One voucher per winner. Any submission that is considered by the sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to be obscene, libelous, hate speech or otherwise objectionable, in whole or in part, will be disqualified and will not be eligible for entry.
5. One entry per person. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash value.
6. Voucher can be applied to the art class of choice and can be redeemed until March 20th, 2023. Some exceptions may apply. Classes are ten weeks long. Contest is recommended for ages 2 to 17. Art class options include: Creative Tots (Ages 2 to 5), Youth (Ages 6 to 8 & Ages 9 to 13), and Teen (Ages 14 to 17).
7. Contest is open to any age. All contestants 17 and under require a signature from a parent or guardian.
8. Primaris REIT staff, their suppliers/advertisers and their immediate relatives are not eligible to participate. Immediate relatives of Lansdowne Place employees are eligible to participate.
9. All entries become the property of Lansdowne Place and The Art School of Peterborough, who are not responsible for entries that are lost or delayed for any reason.
10. Winners consent, by submitting entry, to the publication and/or display of their name, photograph and artwork for advertising and promotional purposes relating to this contest.
11. WINNERS: Four winners from each recommended age category (Ages 2 to 5, Ages 6 to 8, Ages 9 to 13, Ages 14 to 17) will be randomly selected on Friday, March 25th 2022. The decision of the sponsor is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
12. NOTICE TO WINNERS: Attempts to notify potential winners will be made by phone. Sponsor is not responsible for communication problems of any kind. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes must be picked up at Lansdowne Place Guest Services at 645 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough ON. The winner will forfeit any prize not claimed within 30 days of winning. Any forfeited prize(s) will become the property of Lansdowne Place/The Art School of Peterborough and may be used and/or disposed of at their sole discretion. The 30-day period includes weekends and holidays. Lansdowne Place business hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lansdowne Place will not notify winners of time remaining on prizes to be picked up. It is the winner’s responsibility to claim their prize within the time limit.
13. Only the prizes as described shall be awarded. Winner must provide adequate photo identification to claim their prize.
14. Prizes shall be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or any other encumbrances.
15. Entrants must be a resident of Ontario, Canada only and must be able to pick up their prize. Prizes cannot be mailed.
