What’s in Store?
PHASE ONE

Phase I of our expansion and renovation is almost complete. The key components of this phase include:

• Opening of Old Navy
• Full renovation of upper level – new flooring, new lighting, higher ceiling, higher storefronts, comfort seating areas
• New upper level entrance
• New back (south) parking lot

Bigger, Better and More Choice!
PHASE TWO

The key components of Phase II will include:

• construction of a new Loblaws Superstore – store size will increase by almost 70% and will feature more “non-grocery” items
• expansion of our parking lot
• opening of our new entrance on Erskine Avenue

PHASE THREE

The key components of our third phase include:

• full renovation of our lower level
• relocation & expansion of our food court
• expansion of the mall – 30–40 news stores
• new main entrance
