Some of the programs that we have in place that help keep our environment GREEN are:

Our lights, heat and air conditioning are on an energy management system
Addition of sky lights and clearstory windows help us use natural light in the common area
We use eco-friendly light bulbs where ever possible
We recycle cardboard, glass, metal, plastic, hangers, paper, plastic wrap, batteries, paint, and toners
Lansdowne Place’s landscaping is pesticide free
All our washrooms are equipped with hands free faucets, low flow toilets to conserve water and energy efficient hand dryers
We clean with eco-friendly supplies where ever possible
Irrigation systems have sensors that detect when the landscaping needs to be watered
