1. Where and how do I buy Lansdowne Place Mall Wide Gift Card?

Lansdowne Place Gift Cards can be purchased in any denomination from $5 to $500 at our Customer
Service kiosk during mall hours. Customer Service is located on the lower level near Sport Chek. Gift cards
can be purchased using Visa, MasterCard, Interac or cash.

2. Are there activation fees associated with buying a Lansdowne Place gift card?

No, Lansdowne Place gift cards do not have any activation fees.

3. Do Lansdowne Place Gift Cards expire?

Your Lansdowne Place Gift Card will never expire; however, there is a monthly maintenance fee of $2.50
that is only deducted when there is a balance left on the card 16 months after its activation date. You may
have the maintenance free period extended to 19 months by requesting an extension in the 15 month.

4. Where can I use my Lansdowne Place gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed at every store within Lansdowne Place with the exception of Thai Express.

5. How do I use the Lansdowne Place Gift Card?

Before ringing through your purchase, let the sales associate know you are using a Mall Gift Card. Also
make sure the store knows what the balance is on the gift card.

6. How Can I check the balance on my Lansdowne Place Gift Card?

To check your gift card balance by either calling 1-800-840-5604, visiting www.getmybalance.com or visit
Customer Service.

7. Can I add more money to my Lansdowne Place Gift Card?

For security purposes the Lansdowne Place Gift Card cannot be reloaded.

8. What if I want to return the purchase I made using a Lansdowne Place Gift Card?

Depending on the retailer’s return policy, you may receive a store credit, or where permitted a refund on
merchandise can be credited to the Gift Card, which is why you should keep the gift card until you know a
refund will not be required. A refund to the Lansdowne Place Gift Card can take 3 to 5 business days before
the credit appears.

9. What if my Lansdowne Place Gift Card is lost or stolen?

Make sure you keep your receipt in case your Lansdowne Place Gift Card is lost or stolen. Providing you
have your receipt, the remaining balance can be locked and transferred onto a new card.
