SHOPPING SPREE CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
Only one entry per person per day. Multiple entries of more than one (1) per day from the same person will void all entries from that person. All entries become the property of 20 Vic Management and will not be returned.
To enter, complete the Entry Form and deposit it in the contest ballot box located at Customer Service on the lower level.
To be eligible for the grand prize, entries must be received on or before 5:00pm on Sunday, February 5th, 2012.
There is one grand prize of a $1,000 Lansdowne Place Mall Wide Gift Card.
Chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and be a resident of Ontario, Canada.
A random draw for the prize will be drawn by a representative of Lansdowne Place and will take place at Lansdowne Place Monday. February 6th, 2012. 20 Vic Management or Lansdowne Place will not be responsible for any entries that are lost, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or delayed for any reason.
All Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for any cash value.
By accepting the prize, the Winner consents to the use by 20 Vic Management and its advertising and promotional agencies of his or her name, city, province and photograph, for publicity purposes without further compensation, subject to applicable law.
The employees, principals, representatives and agents of 20 Vic Management, Lansdowne Place, contest sponsors, retail merchants and tenants of Lansdowne Place and the immediate families and persons with whom such individuals may be domiciled during the Contest are not eligible to enter.
This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
Each entrant agrees to abide by all Contest Rules. If there is any doubt as to the eligibility of an entrant or of the manner in which an entrant wins the Prize, the Judges shall decide the issue and their decision shall be final. Entrants using any scheme, information or method to win the Prize which, in the sole opinion of the Judges, is other than a fair chance, will be disqualified and lose the right to claim the Grand Prize to which they otherwise would have been entitled.
20 Vic Management and Lansdowne Place is not responsible for printing, distribution, or production errors and may terminate or withdraw this Contest at any time without prior notice.
20 Vic Management and Lansdowne Place reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent kind and value.
