Lansdowne Place is seeking individuals to join the Customer Service team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls, resolving inquiries, and interacting with the public/retailers/contractors & suppliers. • Processing equipment rentals, gift card sales and bus pass sales. • Proofing and updating of the website. • Reconciliation and creation of sales reports as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor. • Assisting the marketing department with retailer communications, events, installation of marketing materials and other day to day operations.
Skills & Experience Required:
The successful candidate will possess:
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and time management skills • Knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • A minimum of 2 years experience working in the retail or customer service field • Ability to work as a member of a team • Positive attitude • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high paced environment • Must be available to work a variety of shifts during mall opening hours, including weekends • Must provide clear criminal background check.
This position is part-time approx. 10 - 12 hours per week to start, with the possibility of increasing to approx. 20 when and if required. This is not now, and will not become, a full time position.
