Some Security & Safety Tips from our Security Department:

  1. Let your family & friends know of your shopping plans, and your approximate time of return.
  2. Double check your vehicle to make sure it is locked and windows are rolled up.
  3. Keep all shopping parcels and other valuables out of sight if they must be left in your vehicle.
  4. When shopping with others, set a time and place to meet during your shopping outing. If you are shopping with children, please keep track of their whereabouts. Determine a spot to meet should you get separated.
  5. Keep purses close to your body. Wallets should be kept in a pocket whenever possible. Waist packs are also useful for keeping money in front of you while leaving your hands free for shopping.
  6. Keep track of your credit cards, and save receipts. Keep a list of all credit card numbers in a safe place.
  7. Have car keys in hand before you get to your car. When you return to your car, be aware of your surroundings.
  8. Please report any suspicious activity and/or people to a Lansdowne Place Security Officer (705-768-0852) or Customer Service Representative (705-748-2961) immediately.
